Ramora are delighted to have completed a recent deep clean project at one of Birmingham’s most prominent entertainment venues.
Our team performed a large-scale pavement and wall cleanse on the walkways surrounding the Genting Arena (previously the National Exhibition Centre), which is based in the Marston Green area of the city.
The tenth-busiest arena in the world, the 16,000-capacity venue attracts hundreds of thousands of visitors each year, with a high daily footfall leaving the paving and brickwork in the areas around the complex requiring extensive cleaning.
To clear stubborn ingrained dirt from paving and seating blocks our experienced team used advanced floor skating technology, applying a 100-degree steam clean to each surface. This method successfully draws and washes off tough grime, restoring the original colouring of concrete and brickwork and sanitising treated surfaces.
As part of this operation our team also jet-washed a significant amount of debris and hard-dried chewing gum from all surfaces in the area, leaving the walkways looking clean, fresh and tidy.
This project was performed on schedule with our skilled operators choosing a mixture of temperature and pressure to ensure that all surfaces were thoroughly cleaned and in superb condition.
