The team at Ramora are proud to report on the completion of another large-scale project, this time for a major retail outlet in the centre of Redditch.
Our operatives undertook a five-night deep clean at the Kingfisher Shopping Centre car park in Redditch, working to sanitise 2500 parking spaces situated across five different car parks at the site.
This project required high-powered steam cleaning to be performed over a number of shifts, with focus on cleaning the floors, walls, metalwork and lights across each site where surface dirt, debris, discarded chewing gum and bird guano had built up.
The works were successfully performed using high temperature (100 degree) steam pressure washing, ensuring that surfaces across the facility were thoroughly cleared and that remaining debris was cleared and drained. In line with our policies, no harmful chemicals were used during this clean.
Each of the large and extremely busy car parking areas are open seven days a week, so all works were performed during the late evening and at night time in order to minimise inconvenience for shoppers and retailers.
Based in the heart of Redditch, the Kingfisher Shopping Centre contains 150 stores with a range of large and smaller units, with tenants including Debenhams, Primark and The Range.
